This is the first generation of Omega's first chronograph with automatic winding. The production of this reference lasted less than one year, when it was replaced by the more common 176.007. What makes this a special example is the perfectly imperfect dial that has changed (some might call it tropical) from a metallic navy blue to the color you see, a nice even bronze color. First generation, amazing tropical dial and the excellent condition makes this a very desirable watch to the discerning collector.
